RDP - Remote Desktop Protocol for Windows


RDP has been used by Microsoft as it's method of remotely connecting to servers and other Windows machines, both physical and virtual, for years!

There is LOTS of information I will eventually put here, but for now, I am just going to post notes/tips in a list format until I figure out how I want to eventually present this material.
Here is the beginning of my list of tips & other info:

  • To exit the Linux rdesktop client from full screen mode, as there is no hidden control bar, use "CTRL-ALT-ENTER".
